Payment

  • PREFERRED payment through Ko-Fi, but I also accept PayPal

  • I do not start until the piece is paid for in full. Exceptions for pieces $100+, in this instance we can split 50% upfront, 50% after completion.

  • Tips can be sent through Ko-Fi as well <3 (Fully Optional)

Usage Policy & Rights

  • Commissioned pieces are for personal use only. They can be used as avatars, banners, in edits, can be printed to display at home, etc. You cannot reprint and sell for profit. If you would like to sell prints of your OC, please contact me directly to discuss commercial uses.

  • You can post these online freely - credit is appreciated! Please don't remove or crop/edit out any watermarks.

  • Please do not claim the piece as your own.

  • You are NOT allowed to use these pieces with/in generative AI programs or for NFT purposes.

  • I have the right to refuse any and all commission requests.

  • I have the right to post the commissioned piece online and have on display as commission samples. (Watermarked)

  • Contact me directly if you are interested in art for commercial purposes! (Prints, stickers, merch, etc)

Process & Revisions

  • Pieces can take anywhere from a few weeks to 3 months to complete, depending on the type and complexity.

  • Rush orders can be completed by a specific deadline for an additional fee. Upcharge depends on set deadline. Please contact me directly before placing a priority order.

  • Rough sketch -> Refined Lines -> Flat Colors -> Rendering (multiple updates)-> Final Polish

  • Rough sketch - up to 5 major revisions in this phase.

  • Refined sketch - up to 2 major revisions in this phase. Small revisions OK!

  • Flat color - Minor revisions in color/contrast/hue and small errors in the face or outfit/body.

  • Render - Minor revisions in color/contrast/hue. No additional changes will be made after this point.

Refunds

  • Full refunds will be given if the piece has not been started yet.

  • Partial refunds will be given depending on the level of progression.

  • No Refunds on completed pieces. If you have any issues, I'll be more than happy to discuss and resolve them with you.

Queue Details

  • Queue is available to view publically on Trello!

  • Commissions are completed in order of when they are places, as well as simplicity. Simpler comms such as YCHs will typically be completed before others.

Sending References

  • A Note on Submitting References:

  • Most references are accepted: Minecraft, Roblox, Ponytown, Doll Makers, Picrew are all OK✔️!

  • Please also include other images (pinterest, moodboards, etc) to help further articulate your ideas if your reference isn't clear enough. Feel free to add drawn examples in addition to your OC refs, no matter how crude or silly. Hastily drawn notes app doodles, a stick figure, tf2 screenshot, etc!

  • I'm more than happy to help you design a character! But please don't send me text descriptions only, please provide some visual references to help articulate your idea like moodboards/pinterest as explained above.
